Gaby, of Concord, New Hampshire, author of the textbook, Nutritional Medicine. Even natural sweeteners such as honey and juice have similar effects when consumed in excess, he says. Try healthy options like pomegranate and kiwi fruit salad; trail mix with raw almonds; dried cranberries and air-popped popcorn; and hummus with red pepper strips and baby carrots for dipping.

  2. I quite agree with your post, its important we let the natural immunity to grow – my baby’s doctor also says, the more they are exposed to cough and cold the stronger will be their immunity.

When parents are getting too much into sanitizing, protecting their kids from falling sick in different ways, you brought out few basic and natural things that we forget or say take it for granted. First point is very important. Letting them get dirty. True. If we keep on sanitizing them then how their body will build the immunity?

  8. I agree with not using hand sanitisers 50 times at home because when they are out they will be dealing with germs and then would not know how to deal with them. Fruits and veggies are key to their development internally.

  9. Being a mother I know the importance of letting your child be. With each fall they learn and it’s not necessary for them to grow independent an individual. we don’t realise many times that the personality growth begins from the stage of infancy! This is a very nice blog post.
