steel utensils

Utensils used in our kitchen are mostly aluminum and plastic. Eating in these utensils was never in our culture. Eating food in aluminum and plastic utensils has harmful effects on health. Apart from health, eating in these utensils is also not good for your luck.

Aluminum is also very famous in the category of aluminum utensils. Even today, this metal utensil is found in many homes. Aluminum is made of bauxite, eating made in it only harms the body. According to Ayurveda, it absorbs iron and calcium, so a vessel made from it should not be used. Eating food in a vessel made of aluminum weakens the bones, causes mental diseases, damages the liver and nervous system. Along with that, there are serious diseases like kidney failure.

Steel is now such a metal, which is commonly found in all households in the form of utensils. Nowadays, most steel is found in the market in the name of utensils. In the context of steel, everyone says that eating food in such a vessel is harmful, but this is not true. Steel utensils are not harmful because they neither react with hot nor cold, so they do not harm in any way. But it is also true that there is no benefit to the body by cooking and eating it, but no harm is done either.

iron utensils

Eating food in iron utensils does not have any negative effect on our bodies. By eating food in it, the number of iron elements in our body increases, due to which the level of hemoglobin remains fine and digestion-related problems are removed. These utensils are considered to be used only till the time of eating. They are not used for any auspicious work. It is also said that donating these utensils brings luck.

The power of the body increases by eating food made in iron utensils. Iron element increases the essential nutrients in the body. Apart from this, iron also eliminates many diseases. It does not allow inflammation and yellowness in the body, eliminate gout disease, and also keeps jaundice away. But one should not eat food in an iron vessel, because eating food in it reduces intelligence and destroys the mind. It is good to drink milk in an iron vessel.

In the olden times, people used only earthen pots. The food cooked in these utensils is very tasty and nutritious. According to Ayurveda, drinking pot water cures many diseases. Eating food cooked in an earthen pot keeps you healthy throughout your life.

brass utensils

According to Ayurveda, eating food in a bronze vessel makes the mind sharp. That is why it is said that while sleeping at night, keep the water filled in a bronze vessel and drink it first thing in the morning. Food made in bronze utensils retains 97% of the nutrients. By cooking food in brass utensils, the disease of phlegm and air defects stays away. Also, brass utensils are used to offer Bhog to Lord Shri Hari Vishnu. It is said that doing this keeps wealth and prosperity.

silverware utensils

Mostly In India Gifting silver metal is tradition specially when children is born and it has a reason because silver has proven antibacterial properties and it has many benefits. Unlike gold, silver is cold metal. If you are having food in a vessel made of this metal, then it brings inner coolness to your body. Keeps the body calm. Silver is also beneficial for the eyes.
