Summer Coolers

In summer, all we need is coolness. The coolness in eating, summer coolers in drinking, and coolness in our surroundings as temperatures start to take off high, leaving everybody feeling exhausted, sweat-soaked, and failed. Remaining hydrated is the most significant factor to prop up in this intense warmth and keep up great well being. Today, I have come up with three crucial summer coolers: GRAPES SHARABT, WATERMELON COOLER, and ORANGE PUNCH. All these drinks are super good in taste as well as cool the body and mind at most. Well, before moving forward, you first need to understand why liquid like water and fruit juice are essential for the body in summer.
SUMMER COOLERS

So, Here are some significant functions of fluids for the body:

It is essential that fluids help move nutrients and waste through our bodies.

  • Helps to keep our blood pressure regular.
  • It makes you feel refreshed all day.
  • Protects and cushions our joints and organs.
  • Controls our body temperature.
  • And, it will lower the risk of dehydration and heatstroke.

Grapes SharbatGrapes sharbat - summer coolers

Grapes green or black – 1 cup
black salt according to taste
Roasted cumin powder
sugar
chilled water

Method

1.  In a Mixi grinder add Grapes ,sugar,black salt,roasted cumin powder and blend it.
2.  Now add chilled water and blend it again.
3. Strain watermelon through a sieve into a pitcher
4.  pour in a glass and serve chilled.

Watermelon CoolerWatermelon cooler

Ingredients

Watermelon deseeded
sugar
Black salt
lemon juice

Method

1. Cut watermelons into cubes. Deseeded them
2. Blend together watermelon cubes, Sugar, Black salt,lemon juice, water till smooth.
3. Strain the mixture using a strainer.
4.  Serve it chilled , Cheers!!!

Orange PunchOrange punch

Ingredients

Fresh Orange – 1 cup
Roohfaza – 1tbsp
Pineapple- 1 cup
Spirit- 1 cup

Method

1. In a glass add 1 tbsp Roohfaza.
2. Combine  fresh orange juice and pineapple juice.
3. Now add Spirit In the beverages.
4. Add some ice cube its ready to serve.
