As soon as the Summer arrives, everyone starts planning for a gateway from the scorching heat, high temperature & rush life of the city. Right?? As the sun nowadays is at its peak we all are looking for a place so that we can escape from the summer heat and get some relief. As summer has already begun, we Citizens of India are thankfully blessed with places which have hills, beaches, snow, mountains, forests and other things which give relegation from the heat wave in summer.

Ladak . summer vacation

This place is a perfect gateway for a summer vacation as you will see here contrast of blue sky & lake. Beautiful views, mountain peaks & perfect weather makes it a perfect holiday destination.

How to reach: By air, you can go from Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport, Leh and through Railway, you can go reach there through Jammu Tawi Railway Station (700 km from Ladakh).

How many days: 5-7 days

Places to visit: : Zanskar Valley, Pangong Tso Lake, Khardung-La Pass, Spituk Gompa, and Hemis National Park.

Adventurous things to do here:  Llamas performing colorful Chhams, see a snow leopard at the Hemis National Park, ride a double-humped Bactrian camel and ride a bike up to the Khardung-La Pass.


Srinagar summer vacation

The summer capital of Kashmir is one of the most loved holiday places in India. The serene beauty of the city, gardens and historic touch is so appealing that it will your mood & heart happy.

How to reach: By air: Srinagar Airport and by Rail: Udhampur Railway Station(229 km from Srinagar); Srinagar Railway Station is under construction.

Parvati Valley, Kasol, India summer vacation

How to reach: By air: Bhuntar Airport (31 km from Kasol) and By Rail: Pathankot is the nearest railway station (295 km from Kasol)

Bhagsu Falls., Dharamshala, summer vacation

    I have visited few places which you mentioned above like Coorg, Mussoorie, Kasol and Dharamshala. These are the some most beautiful places I’ve ever visited.
