Prayagraj is a beautiful and one of the oldest cities in India. This city was known by the name of Allahabad earlier. The ancient name of this city is Prayag because it is said the lord Brahma offered his sacrifice at this city after creating the world. This city is rich in culture because of the various rivers as well. This city holds a special place in the Hinduism culture. This city is popular because they host the world-renowned religious festival of Kumbh Mela. Prayagraj is considered as one of the holiest places for Hindus.
