In fasting, carving for eating something go more strong and we keep on looking on the healthy, yummy recipe. We have a fast, not a punishment that we can’t eat something healthy and lip-smacking.

I came up with creamy, yummy and lip smacking recipe which is Strawberry Smoothie. You can also have it otherwise. It is a summer cooler recipe, treat to your mouth and eyes. It is healthy with no preservative and 100% natural. The goodness of curd and strawberry in your diet added in with a strawberry smoothie

Benefit Of Strawberry

You all love strawberries because of the fact that they are a treat for the eyes and taste buds. But these amazingly delicious fruits are also packed with nutrition. The strawberry is a red, juicy, conically-shaped fruit belonging to the rose family.It is the only fruit whose seeds are visible from outside.
Strawberry has been hailed as “the queen of fruits” because of its rich nutritional value. Nutrient-rich and packed with antioxidants (like vitamin C), strawberries offer a wide range of health benefits

Ingredient
strawberry – 6-7pieces
sugar-3 tbsp
hung curd-2cup
water -1/2 cup
chopped fruits (strawberry and kiwi optional)- 1 tbsp

Method
1. cut the strawberry in two halves
2.take 1/2 half cup water and put strawberry into it . and boil them
3.when strawberry softens add 3 tbsp sugar into as strawberry is sour in taste.
4.when strawberry syrup is reduced and thicken, turn off the gas. 5.let the strawberry syrup cool down
6. transfer into a jar and blend into a smooth puree
7.whisk the hung curd to get a smooth puree
8.then add strawberry syrup into hung curd, mix well
9. add chopped fruits or nuts (optional)
10. refrigerate it and served it chilled
